Learn to Sail - Let's Go Sailing

Hello all!

We have just returned from our trip to the British Virgin Islands. The school always arranges all aspects, the students get a great opportunity to charter worldwide and the classes are a great opportunity to learn and grow. We sail in Beneteau 50's, what a blast. From Road Town to Virgin Gorda and the Baths to Josh and Foxey's, it is always super. See our Members Page for the latest.

Our school follows the ASA Standards for the beginning sailing course as it is for the students to learn in boats around 20'-30'.  Why?  Because that way you can hank the jib, attach the tack, rig the main on the boom, slide the foot, work with the slugs, attach the outhaul and many other steps that form the beginning of a firm foundation to sailing in a small sailboat. Learning the basics, that is what we believe in.

Thanks and Have a Great Day,

Captain John Coggin, Master License, USCG
